Is it possible to reserve a mineral specimen?


YES. Just write an email from the contact form indicating the code of the article and wait for confirmation. The sample is intended for 48h, within which you must confirm the purchase, otherwise it will be available again for everyone.




I have a collection of minerals and would like to sell it. You are interested?


YES. Write to weminerals@yahoo.com specifying what it is, the list of samples and some photos. The better the documentation you send me, the easier it will be for me to make a first evaluation.




Can I collect my purchase without shipping?

Do you provide International delivery?

Can I return my purchase?


YES. You have 14 days from delivery to try the samples purchased in your showcases and see how they fit. If you are not satisfied or if you want to return it for any reason, you can do that.
First of all you have to contact us and before shipping you have to wait for our confirmation. For the 14 days limit we will use the date of sending your email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and the package will be sent back.
All shipping costs for returns are at your expense as well as the risk of transportation.
The sample or samples returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent to you.
After being authorized to return, make the package and send us the shipping number and the courier used. The samples must be returned in the original conditions and without damage. The refund will be made within 14 days from when I receive the goods and after verification of its integrity.
