ARAGOSTRONZIANITE UV FLUORESCENT BOCCHEGGIANO - 22 x 10 x 10 cm
Large concretionary sample of green Aragostronzianite, from the famous Pozzo Ballarino in Boccheggiano from Tuscany. There is an intense red-pink fluorescence with long wave ultraviolet rays. It consists of a green concretion (in natural light) and all the internal stratification is visible on the back. Each layer represents a depositional moment with different crystallization and / or different elements dissolved in the crystalline structures and which leads to different intensity of fluorescence. Exceptional specimen, very rare and with beautiful and bright colors; suitable for important and museum collections.
